Cookie notice

KoloWay uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. They exist to keep you signed in and to remember your own settings — not to advertise to you.

Effective 19 September 2026 · last reviewed 19 September 2026. This wording is a working draft and is awaiting legal review before public launch.

What KoloWay uses

  • Sign-in session: stores your session so you stay signed in between pages and visits. Required for the app to work.
  • Appearance choice: remembers whether you selected light, dark or system mode.
  • Security and reliability: short-lived entries used to protect sign-in and to recover from errors.

What KoloWay does not use

KoloWay does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels. Optional product-improvement analytics is off unless you switch it on in Settings → Data & privacy.

Managing them

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing the sign-in entries will simply sign you out. Because the entries KoloWay relies on are strictly necessary for the service, there is no consent banner for them.
