Terms of Use

KoloWay is an educational financial wellbeing tool. It helps you record your own figures and understand your current position. It is not a bank, a payment service, a credit reference agency, an investment platform or a regulated adviser.

• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country of residence.
• Keep your sign-in details private and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for the information you record and for keeping it accurate.
• One person, one account. Do not use KoloWay to store another person's information without their knowledge.

Every total, score, stage, budget position, report and reminder in KoloWay is calculated from the information you enter yourself. KoloWay does not verify your figures against any bank or third party. If the information you record is incomplete or out of date, the results will be too.

• Do not attempt to access, export or change another person's information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or probe the service.
• Do not enter banking passwords, full card numbers, PINs or security codes anywhere in KoloWay.
• Do not use KoloWay for anything unlawful.

We aim to keep KoloWay available and accurate, but the service is provided as it stands. We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may suspend access where it is necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

You can stop using KoloWay at any time and delete your account from Settings → Data & privacy. We may close an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions you take based on the information shown in KoloWay, or for loss arising from figures you recorded incorrectly. Please see the financial disclaimer.
